The warm welcome and cleanliness stood out. The room exceeded my expectations, providing ample space and comfort. Enjoyed an adequate breakfast while marveling at the attentive staff was good. Can't wait for my next adventure here!

An unexpectedly pleasant modern hotel almost exactly half-way between Ottawa and Sault Ste Marie.

This hotel must be the best kept secret on the highway from Ottawa to the Sault.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good variety. Pool area needs repair. Great location for golf nearby.

The rooms were very clean and quiet.

Staff mistakenly rebooked the room and while I was in it someone else opened the door with their key and walked right in. Staff then re-propgrammed the keys and locked me out. I had to get both my keys re-programmed.

It was the best Comfort Inn I ever stayed in. Next time I am going to get the honeymoon suiet. Love it. It broke up a ten hr drive, half way point.

Comfort Inn is in a beautiful spot, but there were a few things to improve. The staff seemed attentive, made the check-in process smoother. I loved the complimentary breakfast. The coffee was great, and they offered a nice variety of food. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated having a fridge and microwave. The pool area was disappointing. It seemed outdated, and a few lights were hanging loosely. I also had trouble with the WiFi. It dropped multiple times . Some updates on the facilities would go a long way. I'd definitely consider staying here again but would hope for improvements in these areas.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and clean.

Breakfast ends too early, we had to rush in the morning and still missed it anyways. Also check out is too early it doesnt allow you to sleep in and do anything like pack your stuff or take a shower in the morning.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The included breakfast offered a decent variety and was replenished regularly, so there was no rush. The pool area could use a bit more monitoring as there were rowdy teenagers present , and the breakfast sausages could be improved. The hotel's focus on eco-sensitivity, with sheets changed every three days, added to the positive experience.

Convinced of location to the downtown area and the river

The only thing was that in the pool parents had no control over their kids. One kid kept splashing water in my wife's face. I mentioned it to the father and all I got was back talk. Being a former pro wrestler I was about to tune the guy.

My wife says that the pool area could really use a little supervision. Some kids were running wild, and it felt a bit chaotic at times.

The room in general was clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the bedskirts were visibly dirty. I was in town for a funeral and because I booked online I was unable to get the special rate of $ 89.00. I had to pay $124.00 + tax

The warm welcome from the staff set the perfect tone for our stay! The room was fabulously spacious, impeccably clean, and felt luxurious-definitely exceeded my expectations! We loved the all-you-can-eat breakfast. It was fresh, plentiful, and perfect for fueling our day!

The location was perfect - near north bay and the TransCanada highway. It also was to the church. Had central heating, an iron and a work desk in my queen room. I appreciated the breakfast with lots of fabulous food...
